I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ issues, substance use, sexual health and reproductive issues. I am also a Reiki Level 1 practitioner and incorporate holistic modalities within the work. I believe that healing begins from within and I meet my clients where they’re at, allowing their strengths to guide the work.
